What's great is that mortgage rates still remain near historic lows in 2011...so far.  I still see many people in higher interest rates or ARM's. (adjustable rate mortgage)

A Wisconsin mortgage refinance can still make sense, even if you are only reducing your rate a small amount.  The ultimate question I always ask my client is, "How long do you plan on keeping the home?"  This answer has everything to do with whether or not a mortgage refinance makes sense.
